16,000 Teams Members Working As One...
For a large insurance company, we implemented a standard Teams Collaboration platform for 16,000 users using three distinct personas – chat only, chat and voice calling, and full Teams functionality including video conferencing and file sharing. NathCorp provided complete implementation, change management, training via CBT, and security review and governance. 16,000 users were deployed in less than 60-days, with 11,000 active users within 30-days of deployment and early retirement of their legacy messaging and calling platform.
One Big Team - In The Air and On The Ground
For a large airline, we conducted a Proof of Concept directed at collaboration of all operational groups across each flight – groups included flight deck, cabin crew, dispatch, airport operations, baggage, and maintenance. Shared documents and forms included flight plans, briefing packets, passenger manifests, safety forms, etc. Integrated applications included Sabre, Trax, NavBlue, etc. Projected operational savings from cross-team collaboration are estimated at more than $2 million per year.
